A national charity is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Senior Executive to lead on new business activity and secure high-value corporate partnerships in support of vital, life-changing work.


Type: Full-time (35 hours per week), Permanent
Location: Hybrid – London-based office with flexibility for remote working
Salary: £33,044 per annum
(Salary increases to £35,109 after 6 months’ satisfactory service, and to £37,174 after a further 6 months)

This role sits within a dynamic and collaborative team, and will be instrumental in growing corporate income streams. The postholder will work closely with a high-level fundraising board and internal teams to develop impactful partnerships that align with strategic objectives.

Key Duties:

  • Lead the identification, cultivation and conversion of new corporate partners, working to deliver ambitious income targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using insight, research and tailored engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior influencers and cross-organisational teams to build compelling partnership proposals.
  • Steward and manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring excellent relationship management and long-term value.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and budgeting in line with organisational processes.

The successful candidate will have experience of securing new business or fundraising income, along with strong relationship-building skills and a strategic, results-driven approach.

Essential:

  • A track record of achieving income or sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders, including senior professionals
  • Experience of developing tailored proposals and delivering persuasive presentations
  • Strong organisational and workload management skills, with excellent attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with senior volunteers or board-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM databases such as Raiser’s Edge
