We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join this exciting company’s team. The successful candidate will maintain, manage, and optimize their Salesforce system, delivering CRM support and driving business process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, data analysis, and customer relationship management. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information.
  • Support the Brokers by generating reports, dashboards, and insights from Salesforce data.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce architecture, covering objects, fields, workflows, and automations.
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene through regular audits and data cleansing.
  • Advise on Salesforce security protocols and make recommendations to enhance protection.
  • Provide user training and support for Salesforce across the team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, marketing, IT) to optimize CRM usage.
  • Troubleshoot issues, raise tickets, and coordinate with Salesforce support or implementation partners as needed.
  • Assist in developing and executing CRM-related projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Enterprise, Service Cloud preferred).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales workflows.
  • Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Team player, inquisitive, and proactive.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Pardot or other third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales or SaaS environment.
