What You’ll Be Doing:

Own and develop the CRM strategy, crafting campaigns that engage, retain, and grow our audience.

Work with tools like Braze, Iterable, Hubspot or similar to build slick, personalised journeys.

Use behavioural data to target the right users at the right time.

Collaborate with creative, product and data teams to deliver compelling messaging across every touchpoint.

Analyse performance, run A/B tests, and constantly optimise for results.
What You’ll Bring:

Hands-on CRM experience in a subscription or direct-to-consumer business.

Solid grasp of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and testing.

Strong analytical skills and confidence using GA4 and spreadsheets.

Clear communicator and great team player — able to turn insight into action.
