What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and develop the CRM strategy, crafting campaigns that engage, retain, and grow our audience.

  • Work with tools like Braze, Iterable, Hubspot or similar to build slick, personalised journeys.

  • Use behavioural data to target the right users at the right time.

  • Collaborate with creative, product and data teams to deliver compelling messaging across every touchpoint.

  • Analyse performance, run A/B tests, and constantly optimise for results.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Hands-on CRM experience in a subscription or direct-to-consumer business.

  • Solid grasp of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and testing.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using GA4 and spreadsheets.

  • Clear communicator and great team player — able to turn insight into action.
