CRM Systems Manager

Are you a CRM expert with a passion for data-driven business development? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a CRM Systems Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the firm's client relationship strategy.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Client Data and Systems, you'll lead the CRM Systems Team and manage the firm's CRM (InterAction) and e-marketing (Vuture) platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll champion best practice, ensure data integrity, and support the wider Business Development and Marketing function in delivering high-impact client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small team, including line management of CRM executives.
  • Manage and optimise the firm's CRM and e-marketing systems.
  • Promote CRM adoption across the firm, delivering training and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance (including GDPR), and system integration.
  • Collaborate with BD, IT, Finance, and other internal teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contribute to system reviews and upgrades.
  • Support reporting processes, including partner BD activity reviews.
  • Contribute to firmwide data and technology projects.

About You

We're looking for a proactive and collaborative CRM professional with:

  • Significant experience managing CRM systems (preferably InterAction) in a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with e-marketing platforms (ideally Vuture).
  • A strong understanding of data governance, system integration, and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for using data to drive business development success.
