What You'll Be Doing- Be the face of the development - primary contact for all enquiries and walk-ins
- Own the marketing suite - maintain impeccable standards and think like a trainee Property Sales Manager
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a sparkly, engaging personality
- Handle sales progression - liaise with solicitors, complete choices spreadsheets, and manage documentation
- Become the local expert on the development and surrounding area
- Exceptional customer service background from luxury retail, high-end sales, premium automotive, or hospitality
- Strong admin skills with attention to detail and spreadsheet confidence
- Naturally engaging personality who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
- Professional communication and presentation standards

- £45,000 salary + 10% annual bonus
