E-Commerce Manager – Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced, proactive E-Commerce Manager to join our client in an initial temporary contract, with potential to extend. You must be immediately available to commence and have experience as an E-Commerce/Merchandise Manager with strong retail industry experience.Key responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce on all key operational / strategic activities
  • Develop a clear understanding of the website strategy, business objects, and act as the main point of contact for website/merchandising activities
  • Schedule all website workload and requests
  • Focus on production productivity, range optimisation, merchandising performance and revenue targets
  • Data and inventory management, catalogue management, website configuration
  • Trade reporting/analysis and understanding business trends
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance online shopping experience, boost traffic
Key requirements:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in an Ecommerce Manager role within B2C trading/digital content teams
  • Ability to perform under pressure, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and highly organised
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Track record of optimising CVR and AOV
  • Ideally experience using SAP, Power Bi, Salesforce, Google Analytics
