The ideal candidate will have extensive eCommerce experience, within the drinks industry!

We are seeking an passionate, talented and driven eCommerce Manager to join a vibrant team in the heart of the City of London.

What You'll Do:

As the eCommerce Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's online presence, driving sales and enhancing customer experiences. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be key in shaping the success of the business. Our client welcomes new ideas, and understands the value in employee's knowledge, industry experience and talent. Our client will ensure you have the support you need to develop your career, whilst giving you the autonomy, and space, to be creative and to make a difference within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an ecommerce strategy to boost online sales and customer engagement.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product listings and enhance user experience.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimisation efforts to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from browsing to checkout.
  • Support and work closely with the wider marketing team, to ensure a smooth running function.
