- Develop and execute a strategic eCommerce roadmap aligned with business goals
- Audit and optimise website UX, conversion funnels, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and product launches
- Own online revenue and margin performance; manage pricing, promotions, and upselling
- Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations including merchandising and platform functionality
- Partner with fulfilment and retail teams to create seamless cross-channel experiences
- Lead A/B testing and continuous site optimisation with data-driven insight
- Manage external partners (PPC, dev, fulfilment) to budget and performance KPIs
- 8–10+ years of eCommerce experience, with at least 5+ in a leadership or strategic role
- Proven track record of growing online revenue and owning P&L
- Background in premium drinks, luxury goods, or high-end retail is essential
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, and eCommerce tools
- Strong digital marketing awareness (SEO, PPC, email, affiliate)
- Highly analytical, commercially minded, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
