Client Details

A business with a huge global footprint in the beauty industry,establishing their UK presence for the first time. As the first digital hire in the UK, you'll be a key figure in shaping the UK identity and driving revenue growth.

Description

  • Develop and execute an Ecommerce trading plan to grow sales, conversion rates, and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory strategies.
  • Oversee the commercial and operational management of Amazon 1P.
  • Lead the day-to-day trading of the D2C site via shopify, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive eCommerce performance.

Profile

  • Experience in eCommerce trade, marketplace management, or digital retail, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a D2C and/or Amazon 1P environment.
  • Experience managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms with a focus on digital trading and CRO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
  • Nice to have: Understanding of Amazon 1P Vendor Central, including trading, inventory management, and advertising.
