We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join a Premium fashion brand on a 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our ecommerce operations, including product management and trading.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Oversee the online product catalog, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Trading: Develop and execute trading strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies.
  • Website Management: Ensure the ecommerce website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions.
  • Work with web developers and designers to implement improvements.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, customer service, and order fulfillment.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor your assistant, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools.

Location: Central London

Hybrid: 3 days in office.
