  • Lead UKI Campaign Strategy: Own and execute data-driven, go-to-market plans to fuel pipeline growth across new logo acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Drive Results: Manage annual and quarterly campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs with a clear focus on marketing-sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Collaborate across digital, executive programs, strategic events, innovation centre activations, and top accounts.
  • Align with Sales Leadership: Be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring your marketing efforts align with commercial priorities.
  • Global Collaboration: Work with regional and global marketing teams to bring world-class campaigns to life in a locally relevant way.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years' experience in marketing campaign roles, with in a B2B tech environment.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver demand generation strategies that drive pipeline and exceed targets.
  • Experience working across multiple segments, solutions, and stakeholder groups.
  • A data-driven mindset with a flair for innovation and creative problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with strong time management and attention to detail.
