Requirement
Proven track record in residential property management, hospitality or BTR operations
strong background in sales, marketing and revenue management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Inspirational leadership style with a collaborative and hands on approach.
