Global BD and Marketing Operations Manager
I'm excited to bring to market this pivotal role within a high-performing Marketing and Business Development function within a leading global law firm. In this role you'll be responsible for leading and optimising marketing operations, managing a centralised marketing and business development support function, and driving process improvements across global campaigns and initiatives.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing and BD support, while also mentoring a team of executives and embedding best practices across systems, workflows, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a centralised marketing support team, ensuring efficient workflow distribution, service quality, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee marketing systems and tools (e.g. CRM, email marketing, automation platforms), ensuring integration and data consistency.
- Develop and maintain a marketing operations playbook to standardise processes and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with global MBD teams to support campaign development, project tracking, and performance reporting.
- Set and monitor KPIs, manage service level agreements, and champion the use of technology to streamline operations.
What's needed:
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, campaign development processes, and project tracking tools.
- Experience managing or supporting teams through structural change or transformation.
- Previous exposure to global or multi-region environments across professional services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
