An ambitious and fast-growing digital subscription company is looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel campaigns and support user acquisition across global markets.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead full-funnel growth strategies - from awareness through to conversion - using paid media, CRM, partnerships, and affiliate marketing.

  • Manage and optimise the subscription marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and major content drops.

  • Analyse performance data to inform and improve future campaigns and user journeys.

  • Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) through structured testing and user journey enhancements.

  • Collaborate with product, content, and support teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

  • Build and manage relationships with agencies and external marketing partners.

�? What We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrable experience in a growth or performance marketing role, ideally within a DTC or subscription-based business.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-channel campaigns with a strong focus on data, testing, and ROI.

  • Excellent working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics (GA4), CRM systems, and testing tools.

  • Hands-on approach to A/B testing and CRO strategy.

  • Comfortable managing budgets and working to KPIs in a commercially driven environment.

  • Bonus: experience in a fast-paced digital business or consumer-facing start-up.
