Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise product-led growth initiatives that align with overall business goals.

  • Design and run A/B tests, experiments, and iterations to improve conversion rates and user experience across the product life cycle.

  • Leverage digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.) to complement product growth strategies.

  • Monitor key growth metrics and user behaviour analytic's to inform product decisions and measure performance.

  • Identify and scale new customer acquisition channels through continuous testing and iteration.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to inform growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience writing clear, actionable, and technically sound product specifications and user stories using Jira

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests to inform product decisions.

  • Proficient understanding of analytic's tools and the ability to derive insights from data to guide product development.

  • Confident in presenting product strategies, road maps, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact.

  • Strong experience using Excel for Analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth through strategic product improvement
