Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and optimise product-led growth initiatives that align with overall business goals.

Design and run A/B tests, experiments, and iterations to improve conversion rates and user experience across the product life cycle.

Leverage digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.) to complement product growth strategies.

Monitor key growth metrics and user behaviour analytic's to inform product decisions and measure performance.

Identify and scale new customer acquisition channels through continuous testing and iteration.

Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to inform growth strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience writing clear, actionable, and technically sound product specifications and user stories using Jira

Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests to inform product decisions.

Proficient understanding of analytic's tools and the ability to derive insights from data to guide product development.

Confident in presenting product strategies, road maps, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
- Strong experience using Excel for Analysis.
