- Managing budgets, monitoring performance, and reporting directly to the Board and SLT
- Overseeing all digital and comms activity—making sure every touchpoint hits the mark
- Guiding a small in-house team while leveraging support from external agencies
- A confident marketing leader with B2B experience, ideally in the built environment
- Someone who thrives in strategy but still enjoys rolling up their sleeves

- A natural communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
