Head of Sales

£80k-£100k + OTE

Hybrid - 2 x per month in London office

Experience within AI Software Sales required

The Company

Oscar enterprise have partnered with an exciting tech start up based in London. They focus on developing and selling software that tests and debugs companies AI software's, giving customers the ability to monitor their data and models for issues like performance, drift, data issues, leakage and bias.

The Role

You will be reporting to the CEO, building out the entire sales function. You will inherit a portfolio of leads along with existing accounts and will be responsible for building out the sales function within the company. In time, you can build out the sales team to mirror the growth of the company.

The Requirements

  • 7+ years senior sales experience within software sales, with a focus on AI.
  • Experience with managing a team of salespeople.
  • Involvement in startups/ smaller companies and an interest in AI and software sales.
  • Ability to present and build relationships with both existing and new potential customers.
