Our client is a medium-sized business within the skincare market. Their brand is a leading brand within the UK, and they are continuing to expand internationally across multiple channels.

Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with international clients with direct supply, particularly Douglas
  • Identify new business opportunities and help drive growth across EMEA
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and report to the Head of Sales to achieve targets
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Participate in international trade shows and industry events
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors

Profile

  • Experience in skincare or related industry
  • Proven experience in international account management
  • Experience managing direct to retail relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to travel internationally on business
