- Develop and lead international marketing campaigns tailored to local markets.
- Coordinate with digital agencies to run effective global ad strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for international stakeholders.
- Advise artists and managers on international release planning and timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Support and guide junior members of the international team.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar international marketing role within the music industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and global music trends.
- Skilled at building relationships across borders—with artists, managers, A&Rs and local teams.
- Organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Budget management experience and a strategic, commercial mindset.
- Passionate about independent music—languages are a bonus!
