Role: Junior BDM

Salary: £30,000-£35,000K + Commission

Location: 85 Gresham Street, London

Office Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday

Home Working: 9am - 5pm Friday

Commission - performance and outreach based.

  • Preparing loan terms and sales briefs
  • Instructing valuations and other reports
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Broker outreach - Using linkedin, telephone and emails to contact brokers and setting up meetings with Sales Director
  • Organising or preparing light marketing collateral (Social media posts, product guides, product launches, solus emails)
  • Assisting to organize events - exhibition stands, logistics, collateral, bookings (Usually 4 per year)

Aspirational:

  • Structuring deals with brokers (Commission/Bonus would be paid)
  • Advancing to a BDM, managing their own broker base and originating deal flow
  • Playing a pivotal role in strategic growth - input into product offerings, marketing and promotion

Key skills

  1. Excellent communication - confident on the phone, able to be client facing
  2. Written skills are a must - email outreach, broker communication and for any marketing input their write ups need to be good
  3. Numerical skills should be reasonable - Our terms are automated however able to work with a excel spreadsheet is essential
  4. Organisation
  5. Good memory
  6. Design skills would be preferable
  7. An eye for marketing/promotion
