Are you a creative campaigner who thrives on shaping strategy and turning ideas into action? We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to take the lead on high-impact marketing across education, events, and policy work — all within a purpose-driven organisation focused on public health and professional development.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll:

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns for events, qualifications, guidance and member communications

  • Write engaging content for blogs, newsletters, email marketing, and social media

  • Use audience segmentation and email automation tools to boost engagement

  • Lead communications for flagship outputs including a peer-reviewed medical journal

  • Monitor campaign success with tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards

  • Work with internal teams to tailor comms to health professionals, trainees, and trainers

  • Maintain content calendars, uphold brand standards, and contribute to strategic planning

You’ll likely be someone who:

  • Has experience leading cross-platform marketing in a membership or education-based org

  • Is confident using tools like Mailchimp, CMS, Hootsuite and Google Analytics

  • Understands how to apply GDPR in communications

  • Writes clearly and persuasively for different audiences

  • Has a proactive mindset, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
