What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering standout campaigns to retain members and reach new audiences
  • Creating brilliant copy across emails, blogs, social media and print
  • Managing audience segmentation to ensure every message hits the right note
  • Leading marketing for events, qualifications and flagship medical journals
  • Owning their content calendar and collaborating across teams
  • Analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve results
  • Ensuring everything aligns with their values, brand and GDPR best practice
  • Supporting event content and providing occasional support to the CEO

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven track record of creating and delivering multichannel campaigns
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, social media and CMS tools
  • Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • A love of data and using it to inform smart marketing decisions
  • Knowledge of GDPR and how to apply it
  • Ideally, experience in a membership or education organisation
  • Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and CRMs
