What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and delivering standout campaigns to retain members and reach new audiences
- Creating brilliant copy across emails, blogs, social media and print
- Managing audience segmentation to ensure every message hits the right note
- Leading marketing for events, qualifications and flagship medical journals
- Owning their content calendar and collaborating across teams
- Analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve results
- Ensuring everything aligns with their values, brand and GDPR best practice
- Supporting event content and providing occasional support to the CEO
What you’ll bring:
- Proven track record of creating and delivering multichannel campaigns
- Experience with email marketing platforms, social media and CMS tools
- Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail
- A love of data and using it to inform smart marketing decisions
- Knowledge of GDPR and how to apply it
- Ideally, experience in a membership or education organisation
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and CRMs
