Looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing & Promotions Manager to lead on all promotional activity, drive ticket sales, produce high-impact content, and manage relationships with third-party promoters.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Sales & Event Promotion

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for weekly events.
  • Manage ticketing platforms (DICE, RA) and optimise performance.
  • Align campaigns with programming and event announcements.
  • Plan promotional timelines for all events.

Content Creation & Management

  • Oversee content shoots (artist promos, BTS, photography).
  • Brief and manage photographers, videographers, editors for timely delivery.
  • Maintain social, email, and in-venue content calendars.
  • Work with the creative team on digital and print assets.

Third-Party Promoter Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with promoters, ensuring alignment on brand, events, and sales targets.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter) and collaborate with agencies to drive engagement and sales.
  • Oversee paid campaigns via Meta and Google.
  • Track analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.

Brand Strategy & Community Engagement

  • Develop partnerships with creatives, media, universities, and cultural institutions.
  • Attend events to stay connected with audience, artists, and team.
  • Lead OOH creative briefs and manage street teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years in nightlife, live music, festivals, or entertainment.
  • Proven ticket sales and digital engagement results.
  • Strong understanding of youth and nightlife culture.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with promoters and suppliers.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Desirable:

  • Existing network within the local music/nightlife scene.
  • CRM and loyalty marketing knowledge.
  • Photography, videography, or content editing skills.
  • Adobe Suite proficiency and understanding of AI tools for marketing.
