Marketing Executive Specification
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PPC and Social Media Advertising Marketing Executive, located in the City of London.
We are recruiting this Marketing Executive role on behalf of our partner company Team Teach.

Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, META (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn to support our sales and marketing lead generation initiatives.
- Manage and optimise campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximise return on investment.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaign strategies based on performance data.
- Utilise CRM automations to streamline campaign workflows, nurture leads, and improve audience targeting.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Report on budgets and allocate spending across campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Marketing Executive Skills Required
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns for B2B.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other PPC reporting tools.
- In-depth understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance optimisation.
- Ability to craft compelling ad copy and develop landing page strategies to enhance performance.
- Expertise in managing PPC budgets with a focus on maximising efficiency and profitability.
- Strong skills in market planning and market research.
- Strategic experience in marketing planning and execution.
