A fast-growing UK food manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its brand, retail, and B2B marketing strategies.

With distribution across retail, hospitality, and events, the business is looking for a commercially-minded marketer who can drive visibility, customer engagement, and growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness.

  • Manage digital platforms, including website content, email marketing, and social media.

  • Work closely with the sales and NPD teams to create compelling marketing assets and customer materials.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and tastings.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers (design, PR, digital).

  • Analyse campaign performance and market trends to inform strategy and drive ROI.

  • Lead brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within food, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.

  • Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and campaign planning.

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.

  • Creative, data-driven, and results-focused.

  • Confident managing budgets and external partners.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms is a plus.
