The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be no2 to the Head of Marketing and you will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to raise the company’s profile, attract sponsors, and engage key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage digital and traditional marketing, content creation, and analytics to measure impact. It is a great opportunity for someone from a client services role in a healthcare agency who would like to become fully immersed in in-house marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support clinical trials and company growth.
- Work with scientists, sales team and writers to create compelling content, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and press releases.
- Analyse marketing performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams, research partners, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Ensure all marketing materials are scientifically accurate.
About You:
- Proven experience in healthcare advertising or marketing, medical communications, life sciences, or clinical trials marketing – 10 years++.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing and full of ideas.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analysis and optimisation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
