  • Lead the development of a clear employer brand strategy that supports talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing activity is measurable, data driven, aligned with commercial goals and delivering ROI.
  • Oversee the group's digital presence, including website, SEO, social media, and job board activity, ensuring strong visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Lead the creation and delivery content for social media, websites, campaigns, and thought leadership pieces that engages clients, candidates, and employees.
  • Oversee the management of job boards, digital platforms, and advertising campaigns, ensuring ROI and alignment with business needs.
  • Manage media relations, press activity, and external communications to raise visibility in the recruitment and construction sectors.
  • Evolve the employer brand to support talent attraction, culture, and retention strategies.
  • Protect, develop, and enhance the Fawkes & Reece brand.
