Salary: Up to £55K DOE + £6300 CA + Package
Our client:

- Has been on a journey to build a top-class team and operations to support their ambitious plans
- Due to internal progression, they are recruiting a National Account Manager to expand their Discounters channel with huge white space opportunities
The role:
- Fully P&L accountable for Lidl, B&M, Iceland, Farm Foods, and exposure to Aldi with full JBP ownership.
- They’re in a really exciting place in both accounts with lots of opportunity for further growth
- The position has significant growth potential, transitioning to a Senior National Account Manager position within c18 months
Ideal candidate:
- Previously I had experience managing accounts with P&L accountability
- Understands the FMCG commercial environment in sales and has proven success within their channel
- Be on a proven NAM within the discounter channel looking for their next opportunity
- Or potentially and NAE with P&L exposure ready for their first full NAM position.
