Southeast M40 Corridor - Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £55K DOE + £6300 CA + Package

  • Have been investing heavily in innovation, revitalizing their category leading branded portfolio
  • Has been on a journey to build a top-class team and operations to support their ambitious plans
  • Due to internal progression, they are recruiting a National Account Manager to expand their Discounters channel with huge white space opportunities

The role:

  • Fully P&L accountable for Lidl, B&M, Iceland, Farm Foods, and exposure to Aldi with full JBP ownership.
  • They’re in a really exciting place in both accounts with lots of opportunity for further growth
  • The position has significant growth potential, transitioning to a Senior National Account Manager position within c18 months

Ideal candidate:

  • Previously I had experience managing accounts with P&L accountability
  • Understands the FMCG commercial environment in sales and has proven success within their channel
  • Be on a proven NAM within the discounter channel looking for their next opportunity
  • Or potentially and NAE with P&L exposure ready for their first full NAM position.
