NPD & Sales Development Manager
Location: West London
Salary: 55-70k (depending on experience) + package + travel involved

Join a well-established wholesale powerhouse supplying branded and own-label products to leading supermarkets, retail chains, foodservice, and production. We're on the hunt for an NPD & Sales Development Manager who can spot opportunities, build strong retailer and supplier relationships, and deliver commercially successful product launches nationwide.
What You'll Do:
- Grow relationships - leverage existing contacts and win new listings with major retailers
- Negotiate - You will be at the front of negotiation with new suppliers (experience dealing with manufacturers & suppliers abroad/ in Europe would be ideal!)
- Lead innovation - take products from concept to supermarket shelves.
- Spot trends & gaps - identify new product opportunities that excite customers.
- Own the NPD process - ensure every launch is profitable and compliant.
- Collaborate & deliver - work with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to make launches seamless.
- Drive performance - monitor results and keep improving.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven commercial experience in FMCG or wholesale, with supermarket exposure.
- Strong background in product development, category management, and sales growth.
- A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Highly organised, commercially savvy, and detail-focused.
- A natural relationship builder across suppliers and retail customers.
