Partnerships Sales Executive
Location: London, W4
Salary: Base is minimum wage + uncapped healthy commission on all sales, OTE with commission (based on meeting targets): £50K
Hours: 9am-6pm - Monday-Friday office based, Fridays working from home.

The Role
They are looking for a driven, sales go-getter who thrives on closing deals and thinking outside the box.
As a key member of their growing team, you’ll be responsible for selling media and content partnerships across the fertility, wellbeing, pregnancy, and parenting space. You’ll bring both experience and enthusiasm to the role - actively prospecting new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing leads.
You’ll be expected to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, demonstrating both strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and outreaching to appropriate global companies to build relationships with
- Liaising with fertility clinics, fem-techs, agencies, wellbeing, fertility and parenting products, brands and media companies
- Selling content partnership activity to potential new clients
- keeping a pulse on the industry landscape to seek opportunities
- Negotiating campaign pricing for mutually beneficial commercial opportunities
- Building and nurturing relationships with new prospects and understanding their needs / business objectives
- Maintaining positive business relationships with long-term partners
- Worldwide travel for annual conferences - attend and seek out business prospects to pitch to
- Strategic thinking and creative contribution for sales pitches
- Sales focused, driven to beat monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Skills and Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be personable, confident, creative, motivated, highly organised, and assertive.
- You will be happy to actively bring in new client prospects and respond to sales enquiries.
- You will also manage their CRM sales system and sales process.
- Proven sales results is essential, with experience in advertising / media sales being a bonus.
