We are on the lookout for a Procurement Category Manager at the VP level to join our Operations Planning Department in London. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage Tender Processes: Oversee all aspects of tendering and contract negotiation.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to policies and governance standards.
  • Data Management: Accurately report on category performance and project data to management.

Who You Are:
We're looking for a candidate who has:

  • Expertise in Professional Services: In-depth knowledge and experience in the Professional Service Category of spend within the banking industry.
  • Proven Savings Record: A successful history of delivering tangible savings.
  • Strong Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver high-quality work within set timelines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical capabilities with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement and persuasive communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and experienced with Procurement Source-to-Pay systems.
  • MCIPs Certification: Preferable, but not mandatory.
