Job Title: Project Sales Manager - BMS Projects
Location: Hybrid - Covering London & the South
Salary: 50,000-60,000 base + commission (paid quarterly)

The Role
As a Project Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the full BMS project sales cycle - from initial enquiry through to project handover. You'll be instrumental in developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating closely with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete sales process for BMS projects, from tender through to close.
Prepare accurate tenders, estimates, and technical proposals.
Attend site visits to scope works and strengthen client relationships.
Target around 1.5m in annual sales DOE, managing 50-60 tenders per year (60k-2m+).
Work flexibly and autonomously, with a strong focus on outcomes over hours.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in BMS, building controls, or a related technical field.
Strong estimating and technical proposal skills.
Confident managing technical sales and tender processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercially aware, self-motivated, and results-driven.
