As part of their continued growth, they are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Nordics to lead sales performance, uphold service excellence, and manage a team of Nordic travel consultants. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, supporting team development, and maintaining the company’s high standards in luxury travel.

Job Description:
In the role, you will use your tour operating experience and regional expertise to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional results by driving sales, ensuring high standards of customer service, and contributing to the company’s growth.
- Set and monitor sales targets for consultants
- Lead and support a remote team to achieve sales targets
- Coach and support team members to improve sales performance and destination knowledge
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain expert knowledge of Nordic destinations
- Identify training needs
- Contribute to product development
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained across the team
Experience Required:
- Proven success in managing or leading sales teams within the travel industry
- Comprehensive understanding of Nordic destinations
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience selling tailor-made luxury tours
- Excellent communication skills
