THE ROLE OF REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER:
- Develop and implement a structured commercial pipeline, ensuring systematic lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion tracking to maximize commercial impact
- The Revenue Operations Manager has to develop and own the marketing strategy, and, in conjunction with the Partners and Directors, define and regularly review the commercial strategy
- Own and optimise the CRM system, and provide actionable data-driven insights to enhance lead generation, drive account-based marketing and business development process excellence
- Leverage CRM and external data sources to identify and track key market trends, deals, and investment activities, equipping directors and partners with real-time insights to improve targeting and outreach
- Drive high-impact business development initiatives, including identifying high-potential clients and coordinating structured outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers
- Coordinate commercial and networking events, ensuring strategic alignment with target clients and optimizing post-event engagement
- Support the execution of targeted ABM campaigns, aligning thought leadership content, digital marketing, and event strategies to strengthen market position and brand recognition
- Drive initiatives to enhance commercial effectiveness, including client segmentation, key account management, and data-driven upsell strategies to maximize client lifetime value and drive revenue growth
- Monitor and report on key BD and marketing performance metrics, providing data-backed recommendations to continuously refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience for the Revenue Operations Manager role in digital marketing, business development or commercial excellence, ideally in a professional services environment such as Management Consulting or Private Equity
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense
- Strong experience managing CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot preferably) and maintaining high-quality data
- Ability to analyse and interpret market intelligence, deal activity and business development trends
- Strong business acumen and understand of commercial strategy in a consulting environment
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Experience supporting business development initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic marketing efforts
