The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts across West London and surrounding areas, focusing on the sale of high-performance filtration solutions into a variety of industries.
The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive will ideally have a background in HVAC, air filtration, or wider flow control markets, with the drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver results.

- Up to 45,000 depending on experience

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across London and the surrounding areas.
- Develop new business opportunities within target industries by selling filtration products such as cartridges, filter housing, bag filtration, reverse osmosis, and water treatment solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations, attend exhibitions, and handle negotiations to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the service and technical teams to ensure exceptional after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and engineering departments to contribute to ongoing projects and identify growth opportunities.
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive Requirements
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager, ideally within HVAC, air filtration, or related flow control sectors.
- Strong track record of managing distribution channels, OEMs, or direct end-user accounts.
- A Filtration Service Engineer looking to step into sales would also be considered.
- Technical background in fluid power, HVAC, pumps, valves, or air movement would be advantageous.
- Engineering qualification (apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or degree) preferred but not essential.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across London and the surrounding areas.
