The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional to join our team and drive new business growth. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of proven success in software and professional services sales, who thrives on hunting new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing deals in a fast-evolving market.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across a range of sectors.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a constant pipeline of prospects through outbound activities and strategic networking.
  • Educate prospects on how automation and AI can revolutionize their business operations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to tailor solutions and ensure client success.
  • Represent Jaam Automation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Report directly to the Founders of the business.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of successful software and professional services sales experience (automation, SaaS, or AI experience a big plus).
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and closing new business, including strong referenceability.
  • Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality - you love winning and growing accounts from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and helping businesses transform.
  • Based in the UK with the ability to travel to client meetings and events when needed.
