The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional to join our team and drive new business growth. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of proven success in software and professional services sales, who thrives on hunting new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing deals in a fast-evolving market.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across a range of sectors.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a constant pipeline of prospects through outbound activities and strategic networking.
- Educate prospects on how automation and AI can revolutionize their business operations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to tailor solutions and ensure client success.
- Represent Jaam Automation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Report directly to the Founders of the business.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of successful software and professional services sales experience (automation, SaaS, or AI experience a big plus).
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and closing new business, including strong referenceability.
- Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality - you love winning and growing accounts from the ground up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A passion for technology, innovation, and helping businesses transform.
- Based in the UK with the ability to travel to client meetings and events when needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Circa £45-50k base salary + £45-50k OTE (depending on experience)
