We're looking for a dynamic salesperson to join our sales team and help propel a PropTech startup into becoming a must-use rental portal. The successful candidate will support our development and growth efforts—taking the lead on prospecting, onboarding estate agents to the platform, and helping shape scalable sales strategies and processes. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and strong self-motivation. This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the most exciting new tech startups in the property space.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and reach out via calls, emails, and in-person visits if required

  • Present and promote the platform, highlighting its benefits and features

  • Be on the frontline building the agent client base in line with company targets

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Successfully create business from new customer accounts

  • Guide clients through the signup process and ensure smooth onboarding

  • Work closely with the founder and development team to refine sales strategy

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support scalable growth

  • Identify and close market opportunities, both strategically and tactically

  • Analyse data and trends to track and improve performance

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal; cold calling experience is a plus

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a bonus

Package:

  • Two-minute walk from Camden station and Regent's Park

  • Base Salary: £30,000 per year

  • Generous commission structure, with scope to progress from £50,000 OTE to £70,000+ OTE within 6 months

  • Four weeks holiday (excluding bank holidays)

  • Health insurance

  • Monday to Friday, office-based
