As we prepare for an exciting growth phase with new buildings coming online in 2025, we are seeking a London Sales Executive to join our expanding team and drive our sales strategy forward.

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be crucial to our growth, focusing on lead generation, managing existing relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Reporting to senior management, this role offers the unique opportunity to grow and lead a sales team during a significant expansion phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Lead Generation: Proactively identify clients to occupy our portfolio of serviced and managed offices.
  • Lead Conversion/Closing Deals: Manage and arrange viewings, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Office & Product Pipeline: Evaluate and approve new office spaces to be added to our rapidly expanding portfolio.
  • Client & Brokerage Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to refine and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor an expanding sales team, driving high performance and fostering professional development.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalise on opportunities.
  • KPI Management: Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious sales targets and performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within the serviced office sector (solid references).
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales and identify new market opportunities.
  • Confident and proficient networker with positive energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a network of industry contacts.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align sales activities with business goals.
