Sales Manager - Fashion

Our client is a leading fashion supplier with two successful in-house brands specializing in affordable loungewear, casualwear, and sportswear. The company is seeking a Brand Sales Manager to drive sales, expand distribution, and strengthen retail and wholesale partnerships.

Role Summary

The Brand Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing revenue, managing key accounts, and developing sales strategies across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. This role requires strong negotiation, relationship-building, and market analysis skills to maximize brand performance. The ideal candidate will come with some jersey/loungewear experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand retail and wholesale distribution.
  • Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive sell-through.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of fashion sales or account management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
