We are working on behalf of a fast-growing, leading investor backed business at the intersection of real estate, technology, and wellness. With a strong presence in the market and ambitious international growth plans, they provide autonomous fitness and wellbeing solutions designed specifically for integration into residential and commercial property developments.

Their unique offering is already live in several sites, with an exciting pipeline of new projects across Europe, Australia, and North America. As they expand, they're looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive business development and lead on high-value sales into the built environment.

About the RoleThis is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands the property supply chain and has experience working with or selling into developers, architects, or asset owners. You will manage the full sales cycle-from identifying and nurturing opportunities to pitching, negotiating, and supporting delivery.

You'll be a key commercial voice in the business, helping to tailor offers for each client and translating wellness ambitions into real, tangible property upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across developers, agents, architects, and operators.

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities across commercial offices, hotels, BTR, PBSA, and residential portfolios.

  • Custom Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, tailored proposals using established financial models (CAPEX/OPEX).

  • Pitching & Sales: Present solutions effectively, conduct site viewings, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

  • Project Liaison: Support the transition from sale to delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations and timelines.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven sales professional with a track record of supplying into the property development or construction sectors.

  • Experience selling services, solutions, or systems (e.g., fit-outs, FF&E, tech, wellness, or amenities) into real estate projects.

  • Commercial acumen and familiarity with basic financial modelling.

  • Confidence in presenting, influencing, and negotiating at all stakeholder levels.

  • Proactive, organised, and driven by outcomes.
