We're working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial FMCG brand that's carving out a unique space in the premium food sector. Passionate about quality, innovation, and sustainability, this business is now looking to appoint a Sales Manager to help drive the next phase of their commercial growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take real ownership of their patch. Working directly with the leadership team, you'll play a key role in growing retail sales, building customer relationships, and unlocking new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of business development across retail customers - from independents to larger format stores
  • Manage inbound trade enquiries, converting interest into long-term partnerships
  • Prospect and onboard new retail and wholesale accounts across the UK
  • Support strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the senior leadership team
  • Oversee and maintain supplier relationships to ensure commercial alignment
  • Plan and manage your own diary and journey plan to maximise time in market

  • A commercially focused Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving new business within FMCG
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and working with retail customers
