  • Oversee branch P&L, budgets and operational KPIs
  • Conduct property valuations and market appraisals with precision

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

About You
  • Proven track record in residential sales management (2+ years)
  • Strong leadership, coaching and people-development skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and client-management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the Streatham (SW16) property market
  • Property mark qualification desirable
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
