Personal specification:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales manager, with a successful track record in the Prime Central London area (especially West Prime Central London). Our client will look at a talented senior negotiator / assistant manager on their way up.• Strong understanding of the property market and trends in Prime Central London• Demonstrated ability to win new business and generate substantial revenue growth• Experience managing and leading a team with the ability to inspire and drive performance• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Our client is offering a basic salary plus attractive on target earnings in the region of £100,000! A pooled car will be provided.
