Have you got a demonstrated background in Salesforce Effectiveness and training/development within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry?

We are currently working with a Global Leader in the Healthcare space to support them in appointing a Salesforce Effectiveness & Excellence Manager in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the business, assume line management responsibility for a small team and work closely with the Sales Director to:

- Lead on all SFE activities across the UK & Ireland, with support from the senior leadership team – this will also include responsibility for defining and tracking KPIs for the sales/field force.

- Assess target customers and enhance wider territory structures (segmentation and targeting).

- Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and create sales and training materials.

- Oversee all training/development programs and work closely with external trainers when required.

A strong background within Sales Force Effectiveness within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is an essential requirement for this role.

Applicants should also be able to demonstrate:

- Strong sales and training experience – with a core understanding of the NHS.

- Existing line management experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills – in addition to the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

- A University degree, or equivalent qualification.
