Role Overview:As the Senior Marketing Manager for the London Region, you will be responsible for delivering and managing strategic marketing campaigns across both current and upcoming developments. The role involves working closely with internal teams, joint venture partners, and external agencies to ensure successful development launches, brand consistency, and effective lead generation.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and will be taking over responsibilities from a senior team member moving sector. This role also includes acting as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders within the marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the regional marketing strategy across live and upcoming developments in London.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support sales targets and elevate brand awareness.

Act as a strategic marketing partner to the regional Head of Marketing, managing senior-level relationships and communications.

Manage relationships and collaborative campaigns with joint venture partners.

Oversee all aspects of marketing planning, execution, budgeting, and reporting.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials, events, and digital content.

Lead and support junior marketing staff within the regional team.
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in marketing within the residential property sector, ideally gained at a housebuilder with London market exposure.

Strong understanding of the London property market and buyer demographics.

Confident, assertive communicator with excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including JV partners.
