Role Description:Our Client is a leading provider of integrated security and cleaning solutions, delivering exceptional services to clients across multiple sectors. They are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive continued growth and expansion across our key market segments which are corporate, public, social housing, education and the NHS. They are committed to delivering excellence in everything they do and supporting our team members' growth and development.They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition across their security and cleaning service portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving personal sales targets of £1 million, focusing on contracts valued at £100k and above.This is an evolving business and you will be expected to lead on bid creation (with support from the wider team).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospect identification through to contract closure
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across target sectors
  • Manage and coordinate the complete tender process
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers
  • Offer both single-service solutions and integrated service packages
  • Focus on key sectors across the UK

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the security and/or cleaning sectors
  • Demonstrable experience in winning contracts valued at £100,000+
  • Experience selling to NHS, education, housing associations, and public sector clients
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Valid UK driving licence (extensive national travel required)
