Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver strategic business development plans aligned with practice and sector objectives

Lead on major pitches, proposals and client development initiatives

Provide strategic guidance on key client targeting and cross-selling opportunities

Create and deliver impactful marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and events

Collaborate with partners on practice group planning, growth strategies and market positioning

Line manage and mentor junior members of the BD team

Proven experience in a senior BD or marketing role within a professional services or legal environment
