Senior Manager, Martech - Luxury Retail Brand ?? New Bond Street (2 days in-office) | ?? Up to £80,000 | �? 25 days holiday + AXA medical + pension

A global luxury lifestyle brand is making major investments in customer experience, data and technology - and they're looking for a Senior Manager, Martech to join the team at a pivotal point in their transformation.

The roleThis is a standalone position sitting across four core insight and customer experience functions, giving you a wide scope to collaborate with CRM, Planning, Customer Insights, and Data Strategy teams. You'll be the go-to person for Martech - leading strategic projects across infrastructure, data management, segmentation, and campaign enablement.

Key projects include:

  • Supporting a major CDP migration to Zeta (from Salesforce) - mapping, testing, validating and improving customer data

  • Helping roll out a new clientelling platform to support personalised, VIP-level customer experiences

  • Evaluating and evolving the Martech stack - tools, workflows, integrations

  • Defining and monitoring KPIs for data quality, campaign success, and governance

  • Supporting CRM campaign migration and activation through the new CDP (which will also function as an ESP)

  • Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, tech and data

Who they're looking for

  • 4-5 years+ Martech experience, ideally in a retail or consumer-facing environment

  • Proven experience in CRM and Martech migrations (tools, platforms, data flows, testing, UAT etc.)

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills - you'll work with marketing leads, tech teams, and exec-level stakeholders

  • Hands-on project management experience - you'll be mapping out what's going where, and why

  • A background across a variety of Martech tools - any mix is welcome, but CRM is a must

  • Exposure to clientelling platforms or luxury/high-spend customer journeys would be a bonus
