My client is seeking a dedicated and driven Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) to lead their launch in the UK market. This role is perfect for someone who wants the stability of a blue-chip, with the freedom and dynamism of a start-up.

Our client is a health and personal care giant in the Australian market, and are embarking on the next stage of their growth by expanding into the UK & EU. With some key partnerships already agreed and a date for the UK launch, they are on the hunt for an SNAM to lead on the strategy, roll out and continued growth.
Description
- Oversee the launch into the UK market
- Manage customer relationships and build strong retail partnerships
- Lead on strategy to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales strategies
- Manage cross-functional relationships with marketing, NPD, eComm, category and supply chain
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts to the business, along with regular reporting to senior management
Profile
A successful 'SNAM' should have:
- A background and understanding of beauty or personal care
- Demonstrable track record of delivering growth in national accounts (Boots or Superdrug preferred, grocery considered)
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills to drive sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A hunter mentality and a drive to perform and do well
- Flexibility to adapt, be dynamic and work in an ever changing and evolving team
- Be based in the South East and willing to be in a Central London office as required
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package of c. £85,000 with some flex
- £10k car allowance
